About Melissa Lemberg
Melissa is an executive coach, advisor and facilitator, with 25+ years of experience leading and scaling global teams and driving strategic transformation. She specializes in leadership development, executive level communications and storytelling, human centered change management, and building high-performing, purpose-driven teams and cultures rooted in clarity, trust and strategic business outcomes.
She works with executives and senior leaders who want to mature their skills in management, leadership, communication, and impact - at work and beyond. Her coaching is grounded and direct, shaped by years of experience leading successful transformational change and navigating complexity.
Melissa currently leads the digital transformation and AI strategy for an AI-powered data center observaility company. Most recently, she led the 350+ person global Experience Services team at Salesforce, delivering strategy, design, and AI-enabled transformation for Fortune 500 clients. She has also held senior leadership roles at Razorfish and IBM, advising and coaching executives at brands including Delta Air Lines, Southwest, Ford, Google, and Apple.
